Which replies show up in Needs reply?
Replies labelled Interested, which includes meeting requests, and replies labelled Other, where questions land. Everything else is filed in its own place.
Can I change a label?
Yes. Press 1 to 6 for Interested, Other, Later, Not interested, Wrong person or Out of office. Any of the nine labels is in the menu. The sequence follows the new label.
Which address does my answer come from?
From the mailbox the prospect wrote to, in the same thread, so they see one conversation with one person.
Does answering cost credits?
Each reply you send costs 1 credit, like any email. The AI label on an incoming reply costs 1 credit too.
Do I see replies from every mailbox?
Yes. Every mailbox in the workspace and every campaign reports to the same inbox, with the campaign shown on each reply.
What happens to out-of-office replies?
They go to Auto, under Out of office, and that contact's sequence is paused, so nobody gets a follow-up while they are away.
