Cold email automation that runs itself until someone answers
Write the sequence once. LeadTrain sends each step inside the working day, from the same mailbox every time. A reply, an unsubscribe or a bounce takes that contact out at once.
Set up free, no card. You pay when you start sending.
Built so nobody gets a follow-up after answering
A/Bon every step
Add as many versions as you like. Each contact keeps the version it got, so the numbers stay clean.
1mailbox per contact
Each prospect hears from one mailbox, start to finish: the one with room left on the day of the first email.
5%bounces pause the campaign
So do 0.1% spam complaints, counted from the 50th send. Both limits are yours to change.
9reply labels, each with an action
Interested, Not interested and Wrong person stop the sequence. Later and Out of office pause it.
Four contacts, one sequence, four endings
Every contact runs on their own clock. This is what LeadTrain does when each of them writes back, or stays silent.

No reply
All three steps sent. The sequence ends here.
What you set once, and what runs on its own
You write the steps and pick the hours. LeadTrain does the sending.
Write the steps, or describe them
Describe the campaign and LeadTrain drafts the whole sequence for about 2 credits, or write it yourself with merge fields for name, company and title. Add a second version to any step.
Choose the hours emails go out
Pick the days, the hours and the time zone your contacts live in. Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 is where it starts. Each mailbox keeps a daily limit of its own.
Sending spreads across your mailboxes
Each contact's first email goes from a mailbox with room left today. The follow-ups come from the same one, threaded as replies if you like.
Answers take people out
AI labels each reply and the sequence follows the label. Interested, Not interested and Wrong person stop it; Later and Out of office pause it. Unsubscribes and complaints go on the suppression list.
See which step, and which version, gets answered
Results show sends, opens, replies and bounces for every step, with each version beside it. Keep the subject line that gets answers and drop the one that doesn't.
Verified before each send
Every address is checked before it gets an email, and a check stays valid for 14 days. An invalid address stops that contact.
One-click unsubscribe
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe header (RFC 8058), and you can place a link in the text too.
Opens that mean people
Your open rate counts people: scanner opens in the first 10 to 30 seconds are left out.
Questions about cold email automation
What stops a sequence?
A reply labelled Interested, Not interested or Wrong person stops it. Later and Out of office pause it. An unsubscribe or a spam complaint stops it and puts the address on your suppression list, and a hard bounce marks the contact bounced.
Can follow-ups go in the same thread?
Yes. Turn on follow-ups as replies, and steps 2 and later go out as replies that quote the previous email. Step 1 always starts a new thread.
How many steps and versions can a sequence have?
As many as the campaign needs. Waits between steps are set in days and hours, and every step can have more than one version.
Which merge fields are there?
First name, last name, full name, company, title, email and country for the contact; the sender's name, title, email and company; and an unsubscribe link.
Do I need to watch the campaign?
Only the inbox. The campaign pauses itself if bounces or complaints climb, answers stop the follow-ups, and the interested replies wait for you in Needs reply.
What does sending cost?
One credit per email and one per AI label on a reply. Starter is $249 a month for 12,500 credits, and drafting a sequence with AI costs about 2.
Does it track opens and clicks?
Both switch on per campaign. Opens count by a tracking pixel, the sender's photo or both; clicks run through your own tracking subdomain. Or switch tracking off.
Write it once. LeadTrain sends it and stops for every answer
Import a list and write two or three steps. The replies come back labelled, to one inbox.
