Reply classification that leaves you only the replies worth answering

AI reads each reply, gives it one of nine labels and does what the label calls for. A yes or a no stops the sequence, an out-of-office pauses it. You read only the ones worth answering.

Every reply gets a label and an action

  • 9labels, each with its own action

From Interested to Spam complaint, every label tells the sequence what to do.

  • 1credit per reply

Bounces are caught by a rule first, for free.

  • 1line of summary with the next step

Every label comes with how sure the AI is and what to do about the reply.

The nine labels, and what each one does

A label is a decision about the contact. This is the decision LeadTrain takes for each, and where the reply waits for you.

What happens between a reply and your answer

By the time you open a reply, its label is on it and its action is done.

  1. The reply is read

A rule catches bounce notices first, for free. Everything else goes to the AI, for 1 credit.

  2. It gets a label, a score and a summary

One of nine labels, how sure the AI is, and a line on what the prospect wants with the next step.

  3. The sequence follows the label

Stopped for a yes, a no or a wrong person, paused for later or out of office, suppressed for an unsubscribe or a complaint.

  4. You can always overrule it

Press 1 to 6 or pick any label from the menu. The new label counts as certain, and its action follows.

Unsubscribes and complaints never get a second email

An unsubscribe request or a spam complaint puts the address on your suppression list, and no campaign in the workspace writes to it again.

  • Out-of-office is a pause

The contact stays in the campaign, paused, so you can pick them up when they are back.

  • A wrong person is a lead

Replies that name a colleague are filed under Wrong person, so you can write to the right one.

  • Bounces count

A hard bounce marks the contact bounced and counts toward the campaign's auto-pause at 5%.

Questions about reply classification

What are the nine labels?

Interested, Other, Later, Not interested, Wrong person, Out of office, Unsubscribe request, Bounce and Spam complaint.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?

Change the label with keys 1 to 6 or from the menu. The new label counts as certain, and the sequence follows it.

What does it cost?

1 credit for each reply the AI labels. Bounce notices are caught by a rule first, for free.

Does an out-of-office end the sequence?

No. It pauses it, so the contact stays in the campaign. Resume them from the contact when they are back.

Where do meeting requests go?

They are labelled Interested and land in Needs reply, with questions, which get the label Other.

What happens to unsubscribes?

The address goes on the suppression list and no campaign in your workspace emails it again.
