Settings

Configure your account, organization, and team.

Account Settings

Update your profile photo, display name, and password from the Account tab. View and manage all active login sessions, which show the device, browser, IP address, and last activity timestamp for each session. Revoke individual sessions or sign out of all other sessions at once for added security.

Two-Factor Authentication

Secure your account with two-factor authentication for an extra layer of protection. Add a TOTP authenticator that works with apps like Google Authenticator and Authy by scanning the QR code and confirming with a 6-digit code. You can also register passkeys using WebAuthn or FIDO2 for passwordless login on supported devices and browsers.

Organization Settings

Edit your organization name and country from the Organization tab. These settings apply to all team members within the organization. The organization is the primary unit for billing, access control, and shared resources like contacts, templates, and campaigns.

Team Management

Invite team members by email and assign them a role: Admin for full access to all features and settings, or Member for limited access. The Owner role is automatically assigned to the person who created the organization and cannot be transferred. Remove team members or change their roles at any time from the Team tab.

Support Tickets

Create support tickets directly from within the app without needing to switch to email. Select a category (Bug, Feature Request, Billing, or General), enter a subject, and describe your issue. Track each ticket's status as it moves through Open, In Progress, Resolved, and Closed. View the full message thread and add replies to keep the conversation going.

Coming Soon

API Keys, Webhooks, and Notification settings are coming soon. API Keys will allow programmatic access to your LeadTrain account for custom integrations. Webhooks will let you receive real-time event notifications in your own systems. Notification settings will give you control over email and in-app alerts for campaign events, replies, and system updates.
