Campaign overview
A campaign has an email sequence of ordered steps, a pool of mailboxes that send it and a list of contacts who receive it. Once active, it sends each contact through the sequence on its schedule.
Creating a campaign
You can create a campaign by hand or with AI. By hand, you set the name, the timezone, the send window (9:00 to 17:00 by default) and the sending days (Monday to Friday by default). With AI, you describe the campaign in 20 to 3,000 characters and get a draft of five to seven steps. AI drafts use credits.
Campaign statuses
A Draft campaign does not send yet and can be fully edited. An Active campaign sends on schedule. Paused stops sending until you resume it. Completed means every contact has finished the sequence. Archived hides the campaign from your list and keeps its data.
Campaign settings
Auto-pause is on by default: the campaign pauses itself at 5% bounces or 0.1% complaints, counted after 50 sends. Open tracking has four modes: Pixel and sender photo (the default), Tracking pixel, Sender photo and Off. Click tracking is on by default. Ignore opens by security scanners discards opens that come within 10, 20 or 30 seconds of sending; clicks are not affected. With Send follow-ups as replies in the first email's thread turned on, follow-ups go out as replies to the first email. The campaign's daily cap is on the Schedule tab.
Mailbox pool
A mailbox from the campaign's pool sends a contact's first email, and the same mailbox sends all of that contact's follow-ups. You can add or remove mailboxes at any time. Changing the pool does not reschedule emails that are already planned.
Campaign statistics
The campaign shows how many contacts are active, paused, stopped and completed, with counts of emails sent, opens, clicks, replies and bounces and their rates as percentages. The funnel chart goes from Sent to Delivered to Opened to Replied, so you can see at which stage people drop off.
Send earlier
When you change the send window, emails that fall outside it move into the new window automatically. If some of them could go out earlier than planned, a message offers Send earlier. This happens only when the send window changes.
