Signatures overview

A signature is a block of HTML added to the campaign emails of every mailbox that has one assigned. You can keep several signatures, for example one for each sender.

Creating signatures

Give the signature a name and write its HTML, which you edit directly. There are three starting layouts: With photo, Two lines and Plain text. They have no colors of their own.

Signature variables

Signature variables are filled in from the sending mailbox when the email goes out: sender_name, sender_title, sender_email, company_name, avatar_url and unsubscribe_link, written in double curly braces. One signature can serve many mailboxes, and each email shows its own sender's details.

Default signature

You can mark one signature as the default. Each mailbox still uses the signature chosen on its own Settings tab.

Assigning signatures to mailboxes

Choose a mailbox's signature on its Settings tab. Mailboxes can use different signatures. After you change it, future emails from that mailbox use the new one.
