Billing overview
Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of credits, which pay for sending, lead search and imports, AI features and domains. Each month's credits last until the next billing date and are then replaced. Unused credits do not carry over, and you cannot buy extra credits. When credits run out, sending pauses without losing anything and resumes with next month's credits or a bigger plan.
Plans
All four plans are billed monthly and paid by card. Starter costs $249 a month with 12,500 credits and 1 seat. Professional costs $749 with 37,500 credits and up to 3 people. Growth costs $1,995 with 100,000 credits, up to 10 people and API access. Scale costs $4,995 with 250,000 credits, no seat limit and API access. A credit is worth about $0.02 on every plan.
Credit costs
Sending an email costs 1 credit, and so does each answer you send from the Inbox and each AI label. A Lead Finder search page of 25 people costs 5 credits. Importing or enriching a contact costs 20 credits, and buying a domain costs 5,000. An AI sequence draft costs about 2 credits and an AI persona photo varies, because both are charged by what the AI uses. Importing a CSV, connecting a domain, adding mailboxes, building campaigns and checking each address before sending cost no credits.
Usage
The Billing page shows your plan, the credits left and the last 30 days of usage. The Credit ledger lists every charge; you can filter it by period and activity and download it as CSV.
Payments
Card and invoices on the Billing page opens the Stripe portal, where you update your card and download invoices. Only the owner can open it or change the plan. Stripe processes the card payments, and LeadTrain does not store card numbers.
Changing plans
An upgrade is paid in full at checkout and starts at once, with its credits. The old plan is cancelled without a prorated charge or credit. To move to a smaller plan, buy it when the current period ends; it does not start by itself. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then expires. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription expires at once. In both cases sending stops until a plan is active again.
