Inbox overview

The Inbox collects the replies to your campaign emails from all your mailboxes. AI gives each reply a label, and the label decides what happens to that person's sequence.

AI labels

AI gives each reply one of nine labels: Interested, Other, Later, Not interested, Wrong person, Out of office, Unsubscribe request, Bounce or Spam complaint. You can change any label. AI labels need a paid plan and cost 1 credit each.

Reading replies

Open a reply to see the whole thread in order, with your emails and the person's replies. The sidebar shows the contact's name and company and the campaign the thread belongs to.

Replying

Your answer goes out from the mailbox the person wrote to and costs 1 credit. What happens to the rest of their sequence depends on the reply's label, as described under Automatic actions.

Filtering replies

The Inbox is split into Needs reply, Later, Not interested, Auto (out-of-office replies, bounces, unsubscribes and spam complaints), Done and All. The Unread only switch hides replies you have read. Cmd+K or Ctrl+K searches the replies already loaded.

Bulk actions

Select several replies to Mark read, Mark unread, Mark done or Label as a different label.

Automatic actions

Interested, Not interested and Wrong person stop the person's sequence. Later and Out of office pause it, and it does not resume by itself on a return date: use Resume sequence in the thread. Other changes nothing, and the sequence continues. Unsubscribe request and Spam complaint stop the sequence and put the address on the suppression list. Bounce marks the person as bounced; hard bounces are suppressed and temporary ones are ignored. Marking a reply Done does not resume anyone's sequence.
