Inbox Overview
The Inbox collects all replies to your outreach emails in one centralized location. Each reply is automatically classified by AI to help you prioritize responses and take action quickly. The Inbox ensures you never miss an important reply across any of your active campaigns.
AI Classification
AI classifies every incoming reply into one of several categories. Interested indicates a positive response worth following up on. Not Interested is a negative response. Out of Office includes automatic extraction of the return date when available. Bounce indicates a delivery failure. Complaint flags spam reports. Unsubscribe captures opt-out requests. Referral means the prospect referred you to someone else. Bad Timing suggests following up later. Other is used when the intent is unclear.
Reading Replies
Click any reply to open the full thread view showing the complete conversation in chronological order, including your outbound emails and all of the prospect's replies. Contact details such as name, company, and the originating campaign appear in the sidebar for quick reference. The thread view gives you full context before composing a response.
Replying to Prospects
Click Reply to compose a response to any prospect. Replies are sent from the same mailbox that sent the original outreach email to maintain conversation continuity. When a prospect replies, their automated email sequence is automatically paused so they will not receive further scheduled emails while you are in a live conversation.
Filtering Replies
Filter your inbox by classification type, read or unread status, sending mailbox, and date range. Search by sender name or email address to find specific conversations. Use filters to quickly surface all interested replies that need follow-up, or process bounces and unsubscribes in bulk.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple replies to perform bulk operations including mark as read, mark as unread, or archive. Use the Select All checkbox to act on the entire filtered view at once. Bulk actions help you keep your inbox organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Automatic Actions
LeadTrain takes automatic actions when certain reply types are detected. When any reply is received, the prospect's email sequence stops immediately. Out-of-office replies pause the prospect until the detected return date. Unsubscribe replies add the email address to the suppression list to prevent future contact. Bounces mark the prospect as bounced and add the address to suppression.
