Manage your subscription, credits, and payments.
Billing Overview
LeadTrain uses a credit-based billing system built on top of your subscription plan. Your plan includes a monthly credit allocation that covers sending emails, importing contacts, AI-powered features, and other platform operations. Credits reset each billing cycle, and you can monitor your balance at any time.
Subscription Plans
Three plans are available. Starter at $49 per month includes 2,000 credits, 1 domain, and 3 mailboxes. Growth at $149 per month includes 10,000 credits, 5 domains, and 15 mailboxes. Scale at $399 per month includes 50,000 credits with unlimited domains and mailboxes. All plans include a 14-day free trial so you can test the platform before committing. Annual billing is available at a discount.
Credit Usage
Credits are consumed by various platform operations including sending emails, importing prospects, purchasing domains, AI campaign generation, AI avatar generation, AI email classification, contact enrichment, Lead Finder searches, and lead imports. Each operation shows its credit cost before you confirm. Check your current balance in the top navigation bar at any time.
Usage Dashboard
The Billing page displays your current plan, remaining credit balance, and a detailed usage breakdown by operation type. The Billing History section provides a complete credit spending history with date range filters, so you can track exactly where your credits are going and plan your usage accordingly.
Managing Payments
Manage your payment method, download invoices, and update billing details through the Stripe Customer Portal. Click Manage Payment on the Billing page to access the portal. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, and LeadTrain never stores your credit card information directly.
Changing Plans
Upgrade your plan at any time and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep your existing features until then. Cancel your subscription at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the paid period with no further charges.
