Signatures Overview
Email signatures are HTML blocks appended to every outbound email sent from your mailboxes. Create multiple signatures for different sender personas and branding styles. Each mailbox can have its own signature assigned, giving you flexibility across your sending infrastructure.
Creating Signatures
Create a signature by entering a name and writing the HTML content. Use one of the built-in templates as a starting point: Professional includes an avatar image with a blue accent, Minimal is a single-line format, Corporate provides a full contact information block, and Text Only is a plain text style. Customize any template to match your brand.
Signature Variables
Signatures support dynamic variables that are automatically populated from the sending mailbox's profile at send time. Available variables include sender_name, sender_email, sender_title, avatar_url, and company_name, written in double curly braces. This means a single signature template can work across multiple mailboxes, with each email showing the correct sender details.
Default Signature
Mark one signature as the default to have it automatically assigned to every new mailbox you create. You can change the default signature at any time without affecting existing mailbox assignments. This saves time when creating multiple mailboxes that should all share the same signature style.
Assigning Signatures to Mailboxes
Assign a specific signature to each mailbox from the mailbox settings page. Each mailbox can have a different signature, allowing personalized sign-offs for different sender personas. If you change a mailbox's signature, all future emails from that mailbox will use the updated signature.
