Contacts
Import, organize, and manage your prospect database.
Contacts Overview
The Contacts page is your organization's CRM — a global database of all people you have reached out to or plan to contact. Contacts are shared across all campaigns, so importing a contact once makes them available everywhere. This central database prevents duplicate outreach and gives you a complete view of every interaction.
Importing Contacts
Import contacts via CSV upload with automatic column mapping for email, first name, last name, company, and title fields. You can also enter contacts manually one at a time, add them from Lead Finder search results, or use the API for programmatic imports. Apply tags during import to keep your contacts organized by source, industry, or campaign purpose.
Contact Profiles
Each contact has a detailed profile page showing their name, email, company, job title, location, and social links. The profile also displays all campaigns the contact is part of, every email sent to them, and all replies received. This gives you full context before reaching out or responding to a prospect.
Contact Enrichment
Enrich contacts with AI-powered data from Apollo to fill in missing information. Enrichment can add job title, company details, LinkedIn profile URL, seniority level, location, and more. Enrichment uses credits from your account balance, and results are cached so you will not be charged twice for the same contact. Enriched contacts tend to produce better personalization and higher response rates.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple contacts to perform bulk operations including archive, delete, add to campaign, or remove from campaign. Use the search and filter bar to narrow down contacts by name, email, company, status, enrichment level, import source, or tags. Bulk actions apply to your current selection, making it easy to manage large contact lists efficiently.
Contact Statuses
Contacts can have one of three statuses. Active means the contact is available for campaigns and outreach. Archived hides the contact from the default view but preserves all associated data and history. DNC (Do Not Contact) blocks the contact from all outreach across every campaign, with a recorded reason for the block. DNC status is permanent until manually removed.
