Lead Finder
Search and import prospects from a database of millions of professionals.
Lead Finder Overview
Lead Finder lets you search a database of millions of business professionals to find your ideal prospects. Powered by Apollo, it provides verified email addresses, job titles, company information, and more. Use Lead Finder to build targeted prospect lists without leaving LeadTrain.
Search Filters
Narrow your search using a wide range of filters. Filter by job titles, seniority level (C-Suite, VP, Director, Manager, and more), departments, industries, company size, revenue, funding stage, technologies used, keywords, locations, and specific company names. You can also exclude specific companies to avoid targeting existing customers or competitors.
Credit Costs
Searches and imports both consume credits. The search button displays the estimated cost before you run the search, so there are no surprises. Import costs are shown per lead before you confirm the import. You can check your current credit balance at any time in the top navigation bar.
Search Results
Results display each lead's name, job title, company, industry, employee count, and email verification status. Verification statuses include Verified (confirmed deliverable), Guessed (likely valid), Available (found but unverified), and Unavailable (no email found). Leads that already exist in your contacts database are flagged with a badge so you can avoid duplicates.
Importing Leads
Select the leads you want to import using the checkboxes, then optionally assign a tag and add them directly to a campaign in a single action. Credits are deducted upon import confirmation. Duplicate leads that already exist in your contacts are automatically skipped and will not consume additional credits.
Search Tips
For best results, use specific job titles rather than broad terms to improve match quality. Combine seniority and department filters to target the right decision-makers. Focus on companies within a specific size range that match your ideal customer profile. Start with small batches of 50 to 100 leads to test response rates before importing larger volumes.
